About the Role
Youâ™ll be part of a high-performing analyst team that plays a critical role in the execution of major transactions from portfolio sales and fund recapitalizations to direct asset transactions for Australiaâ™s largest institutional investors.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Work on major logistics and industrial transactions across Australia, contributing to high-value deals and strategic capital market initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders who bring deep expertise and a proven track record across the national capital markets platform.

• Gain hands-on exposure to national logistics markets and key industrial precincts, working on transactions that drive the future of supply chain infrastructure.

• Develop your skills in financial analysis, market research, and investment modelling, with guidance from experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.

Weâ™re looking for someone with:

• A degree in Property, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
