Sales Leadership Role
NV5 Real Estate Transaction Services (formerly Bock & Clark) is a trusted national provider of commercial real estate due diligence services, including ALTA Surveys, Zoning Services, and Environmental and Property Assessments. We support single-site and complex multi-property, multi-state transactions by leveraging both our in-house professionals and an extensive nationwide network of affiliated surveyors and contract specialists.
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, driven sales professional to lead business development efforts across the Eastern Region. This is an immediate opening for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a consultative sales environment and can independently develop and execute a strategic sales plan within an established territory. This home-based role focuses on expanding relationships and generating new business with law firms, lenders, title companies, REITs, and corporate clients.
Territory
The candidate should reside in the assigned region which includes: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while proactively sourcing new business
Conduct cold outreach via phone and email
Utilize a consultative selling approach focused on securing long-term client commitment
Build a working knowledge of core service offerings and commercial real estate transactions (training provided)
Plan, execute, and report on sales trips, client visits and industry events
Manage territory strategy and daily schedule independently
Report directly to the National Director of Business Development
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience, including relationship development, cold calling, and travel planning
Bachelor’s degree (business-related preferred)
Experience selling professional services or other intangibles
Background working with law firms, title companies, or within the real estate industry is a plus
Comfort delivering group presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
