Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced fee split commercial real estate appraiser to join our Southern California valuation practice. This role is ideal for a self-motivated appraiser who wants flexibility, strong production support, and access to a steady flow of commercial appraisal assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial real estate appraisal assignments across multiple property types

• Conduct property inspections, market research, and comparable analysis

• Prepare USPAP-compliant appraisal reports

• Communicate with clients, reviewers, and internal team members

• Manage assignments from engagement through delivery

Qualifications

• MAI or SGA designation (or active candidate status)

• Certified General Appraiser license in California

• Strong understanding of USPAP and commercial valuation methodologies

• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently

• Experience with Southern California commercial markets preferred
