BACKGROUND
Sam’s Holdings, LLC is looking for an energetic and eager to learn Commercial Real Estate Coordinator to work side-by-side with the company’s commercial real estate development team. In this cross-functional position, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external resources, driving timely progress and delivery of all tasks. Confident and adaptable, the ideal candidate stays exceedingly calm under pressure, is a good collaborator and communicator, and can juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist commercial real estate department with daily tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client databases
- Handle inquiries from existing clients and potential clients/brokers
- Create and maintain documentation necessary to assist with marketing activities
- Heavy experience required in using online GIS portals
- Skilled in researching deeds and tax bills
- Prior experience required with location analysis using AI portals like Placer.ai and Kalibrate
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as required
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- 2+ years of commercial real estate experience required
- Some college courses required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- An excellent communicator, both in person and in writing, and a proactive problem-solver
- Exceedingly able to operate both independently and in partnership with the team, establishing strong work relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams
- Driven by a sense of urgency (you're always the first to follow up) and capable of balancing competing priorities

This role is an in-person role located within the Matthews, NC headquarters with hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST (overtime may be required based on business needs).? There is a moderate noise level within the work environment of this location.? Compliance with applicable Company policies including maintaining a drug-free workplace and adhering to all safety policies and procedures is required.?
