Commercial Real Estate Appraiser (MAI or Certified General)
Location: Greenville, SC
Markets: Upstate SC, Midlands SC, Western NC
Valbridge Property Advisors – Greenville/Asheville/Columbia is seeking an experienced MAI or Certified General Appraiser to join our commercial valuation team. We handle assignments across office, retail, industrial, multifamily, land, and special-use properties for lenders, attorneys, developers, and government clients.

Requirements
Certified General Appraiser license
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in Word, Excel, ARGUS, and mapping/GIS tools
Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, motivated, and able to manage deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to travel for inspections and education
