About the Role

As a Certified General Appraiser, you will be responsible for completing a variety of commercial appraisal assignments while contributing to business development and client service. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and benefit from a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete commercial appraisal assignments across a range of property types
• Produce high-quality narrative reports in compliance with USPAP and client requirements
• Communicate directly with clients to understand assignment scope and expectations
• Manage assignments from engagement through delivery
• Support business development efforts and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with team members on complex assignments and shared clients

Qualifications

• Certified General Appraiser license required
• 3–8+ years of commercial appraisal experience
• Strong analytical, writing, and time management skills
• Experience working in a larger firm environment is a plus
• Desire to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility
