• Holds an active Alabama or Georgia real estate license

• 10+ years in commercial or investment real estate

• Strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers

• Proven sales, negotiation, and advisory skills

• Ready to leave conventional real estate work and commit to business sales full-time

• Does not own or operate their own brokerage firm
