What's the role? The Global Real Estate Team is part of the Workplace Ops & Supply Chain Department. Our Transaction Team finds the perfect location for Bloomberg's global business needs. The Contract Administrator assists both the Transaction and Lease Administration team and handles the management of all lease documents.
We'll trust you to:
Have a fundamental understanding of contract law with specialty in Real Estate Contracts i.e. leases, amendments, licenses, NDA's
Interpret legal documents/correspondence to properly explain to others the meaning of that information
Assist Real Estate Transaction Team with global execution requirements (notarize and/or obtain Company Seal)
Work independently, with minimal supervision, to resolve issues with legal department, Landlord's, government agencies or real estate brokerage firms
Monitor/track the return of fully executed documents
Maintain detailed and organized original lease files following Company's global "In-Country" Requirements and Record Retention Policies
Scan all leases and related documents into electronic repository
Process rent and other charges for serviced offices and owned locations
Complete Estoppel Certificates, requests for Certificates of Insurance and Bank Guarantees
Monitor and update event dates in Real Estate Database
Generate and distribute monthly/quarterly reports
Schedule all meetings for Global Real Estate Team
You'll need to have:
Paralegal Certification (Required)
2+ years' experience supporting Commercial Real Estate transactions
A Current Public Notary License
Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work with a sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), DocuSign & Zoom/Teams Skills

Salary Range: 45 - 55 USD Hourly The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
