Commercial Real Estate Lender
Originate commercial Real Estate mortgage loans through mortgage banker network. Monitor and analyze mortgage loan investments currently on the books. Work with problem loans as they arise. Work closely with real-estate loan analysts on new purchases as well as current portfolio. Coordinate with others to ensure loans are closed. Responsibilities Perform commercial real estate property valuation and cash flow durability analysis. Property types analyzed include multifamily, industrial, retail, office, self-storage and other asset types. After review, structure mortgage debt investments that minimize principal risk while maintaining relative value to CMBS/Corporate bond alternatives. Prepare underwriting narrative and loan recommendations
