What You’ll Be Doing … You will be responsible to manage and coordinate the administrative activities for multiple offices, to include overseeing brokerage and operations staff. Interface with internal and external parties with respect to highly sensitive issues on behalf of the Managing Principal, Operations Director, Regional Managing Principal, and/or other Executives in the office. The office manager is a critical role with responsibility for the day-to- day operations of the Orange County and Inland Empire, CA offices, therefore requires an in-office presence. The ideal candidate will work from our Irvine broker office. Regular travel is expected to our Ontario office as well. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity at this time.
