The Commercial Real Estate Transactions Coordinator reports to the SVP of Transactions and researches, documents, and performs due diligence tasks on transactions of multifamily properties; facilitates information flow between internal MAA departments, buyers, and sellers; and produces other reports and analysis that support the Investments team.
