Join a dynamic, high-performing Capital Markets/Agency/Tenant Rep leasing team focused on buyer representation, investment sales, agency leasing and multi-family/office/flex development site dispositions across the Puget Sound region. The team specializes in strategic advisory for family offices, private investors, and developers navigating complex land use, entitlement, and market positioning strategies. The Brokerage Specialist will play a central role in managing deal workflows, producing high-impact marketing collateral, and supporting all operational aspects of the teamâ™s brokerage activities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Transaction & Deal Process Management
Manage end-to-end transaction workflows across investment sales, land dispositions, agency leasing/tenant rep and joint venture deals
Prepare and coordinate listing agreements, commission forms, confidentiality agreements, deal files and letters of intent
Track and update Salesforce pipeline (Engage), ensuring accuracy of property data and deal stage reporting
Liaise with attorneys, escrow, city officials, and buyers/sellers to ensure deadlines are met and documentation is complete
Maintain visibility across multiple active deals and prioritize deliverables for smooth execution
Marketing & Deliverable Execution
Lead project coordination for marketing materials including offering memorandums, broker opinion of value (BOV) reports, flyers, pitch decks, and deal tombstones
Work closely with C&Wâ™s marketing professionals to ensure materials align with brand standards and regional market positioning
Edit and format InDesign and PowerPoint documents to support high-quality presentations and client deliverables
Maintain accuracy and visual consistency across all marketing outputs
Research & Strategy Support
Compile relevant market data and trends in support of site-specific offering materials and strategic advisory presentations
Coordinate with research teams to prepare comparables, sales data, and submarket analyses tailored to land development, investment sales and leasing requirements
Assist in summarizing planning code updates, zoning overlays, and development incentive programs
Organizing different land owner groups monthly/quarterly meetings related to development, community support and fundraising
Team Operations & Administrative Support
Maintain shared team systems, templates, and organizational tools for efficient operations
Coordinate team calendars, client meetings, marketing timelines, and deliverable schedules
Support onboarding of new team members and implement improvements to workflow efficiency
Serve as a liaison to internal departments (Legal, Research, Marketing, CRM) to ensure seamless collaboration
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in brokerage operations, investment sales, or transaction management
Familiarity with development sites, land sales, capital markets and agency/tenant rep leasing transactions preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PowerPoint required)
Experience with Salesforce (Engage) or similar CRM systems for pipeline tracking and reporting
Excellent organizational, communication, and formatting skills with strong attention to detail
Client-facing confidence and professional presence
Bachelorâ™s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
