Under the general direction of the Vice President of Real Estate, the Director of Commercial Real Estate is responsible for the management and development of Real Estate for the Authority. The Director of Commercial Real Estate implements the Authority’s real estate development strategy, provides advice regarding all real estate activities within the airport system, conducts negotiations, and monitors other potential areas that might present risk for each transaction and/or venture.
