Provide coordination support to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Accounts, Asset Services EMEA, in driving Strategic Client Programmes. Responsible for coordinating client teams and involved in onboarding new mandates, with a particular focus on clients within the Key Client Programme The role will develop and support strategic and operational capabilities of the local country operating platforms used by Asset Services. It will align operational delivery and reporting tools as defined by the wider Cushman & Wakefield business, leveraging the Technology & Data Solutions function where appropriate to help implement them.
Job Description
Key tasks and responsibilities
Act as support to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Accounts, Asset Services EMEA in related topics both internally and externally with a view to developing towards having responsibility over and Account Driver for certain Group 1, 2 and 3 Accounts
Coordinate data and information with the wider corporate Key Client groups
Coordinate consistent reporting across teams for Key Clients, ensuring delivery and adherence to deadlines where appropriate
Monitor Scope of Service delivery in line with agreements signed during onboarding
Liaise with Asset Services COO and Legal regarding new PMAs and onboarding of new assets within existing Key Client portfolios
Contribute to internal and external articles to enhance market and corporate positioning of the Asset Services department
Assist in on boarding of new Pan-European mandates forming part of the transition team with a particular emphasis on documentation and information control
Provide bid support when necessary
Preparation of client briefings, contribution to internal and external communications

Skills and Experience
Degree in Business Management / Commercial Real Estate (desirable)
Fluent in written and spoken English/German is a plus
5+ years in the Commercial Real Estate market with particular emphasis on Account Management
Experience in working with International Investors
Confident communicator
Extensive experience in operational delivery and management of data and reporting programmes, projects, and initiatives.
Ability to analyse data, share information, and recommend improvements
Expert MS-Excel and Power Point Skills and proficient in MS Office applications
Detailed knowledge of Reporting Systems, with key focus on Power BI
