Through our Commercial Property Graduate Scheme, you will assist in delivering a broad range of projects for our clients, with no limits on what you can get involved in. During the two-year programme, you will typically complete three rotations across Valuations, Leasing and Capital Markets.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support in the analysis and management of real estate portfolios for corporate clients
Assist in preparation of lease negotiations and transaction management
Contribute to the preparation of property reports, valuations, and market research
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, landlords, and legal teams
Participate in strategic space planning and workplace transformation initiatives
Help coordinate sustainability, compliance, and health & safety initiatives across sites
Attend client meetings and support project delivery from concept through execution
Undertake training modules and mentorship activities as part of the graduate program
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelorâ™s or Masterâ™s degree (Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, desirable but not essential)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with high level of customer-orientation
Eagerness to learn and build a career in corporate real estate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with real estate platforms is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
