Job Description

What will you do?

As a Senior Valuer, you will be responsible for independently conducting and coordinating valuations within the healthcare real estate sector. You will work on assignments for a wide range of healthcare properties, such as hospitals, forensic psychiatric institutions, medical centers, and private elderly care facilities. Our clients include international investors, financiers, healthcare institutions, and government agencies.

In addition to preparing high-quality valuation reports, you will contribute to the further growth of our Specialist Markets team. You will maintain and develop client relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and mentor junior and medior colleagues in their professional development. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the optimization of our valuation models and analytical tools.

What are we looking for?

You are an analytical and entrepreneurial real estate professional with a strong affinity for healthcare real estate. Additionally, you have:

• A completed bachelorâ™s or masterâ™s degree in real estate, economics, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience as a valuer, preferably within healthcare real estate or a similar niche market;
• A Register Valuer (RT) certification;
• A proven track record in independently conducting valuations and managing client relationships;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English;
• A Category B driving license.
