Market Analysis and Site Selection
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new store locations.
Analyze demographic, economic, and competitive data to assess site viability.
Visit and evaluate potential sites to determine their suitability.
Presenting to leadership
Negotiation and Acquisition
Negotiate lease or purchase agreements for new store locations.
Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize contracts.
Ensure all agreements align with company policies and financial goals.
Project Management
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., construction, legal, finance) to facilitate store openings.
Manage timelines and budgets for new store projects.
Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the development process.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and local authorities.
Work closely with the store operations team to ensure a smooth transition from site acquisition to store opening.
Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates and secure approvals.
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure all new store locations comply with zoning laws and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of site evaluations, agreements, and project milestones.

What You'll Bring…
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in retail site selection.
Proven track record of successful site acquisitions and store openings.
