What will you do?

As a Junior Valuer, youâ™ll work alongside experienced Registered Valuers from our Specialist Markets team to deliver valuations for a wide variety of healthcare properties, including hospitals, forensic psychiatric institutions, medical centres, and private care homes. Youâ™ll collaborate on projects for a diverse range of clients such as international investors, financiers, owner-occupiers, and government agencies, using our cutting-edge valuation models and in-depth market insights.

Beyond valuations, youâ™ll nurture client relationships and contribute to securing new instructions. Throughout your journey, our seasoned colleagues will guide you, helping you grow into a true specialist in healthcare real estate. Itâ™s a unique opportunity to build your network and expertise in the property world.

What are we looking for?

You are analytical, client-focused, and have a commercial mindset. Additionally, you bring:

• A bachelorâ™s or masterâ™s degree (preferably in real estate or economics).
• A keen interest in healthcare real estate.
• The motivation to pursue the Registered Valuer (RT) qualification.
• A valid driverâ™s licence (Category B).
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
