SRS Real Estate Partners has a full-time opportunity in its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a real estate or business background. This is a great opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the retail real estate industry. The position will focus on Broker assistance in account management and support of Broker(s) as they facilitate strategies, rollouts, expansions and various needs of the company’s clients. The candidate will be responsible for all Broker and transactional support including daily activities related to serving our clients and Company, managing the client tracking database(s), preparation of account materials, managing the client specific research web apps, managing and assembling account reports, managing and conducting weekly and programmatic communications and conference calls, and supporting the account leadership team and other various duties as required to meet the needs of the Broker(s) and Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· General assistance of Broker(s) duties to assist and serve our clients and Company and facilitate transactions.
· Administration and tracking of commercial real estate transactions from engagement to closing, and post-closing follow-up.
· Assisting with maintaining company and client databases and files
· Assist as a liaison between the client and company team members
· Pipeline management using company tracking software
· Organize, maintain files and records
· Performing special projects as needed
· Assist Account Managers with the qualification and documentation activities supporting the selection and gaining client approval for markets and real estate locations
· Performing market research and analysis
· Participate in creating presentations and proposals
· Assist with client specific research platform, ongoing research and special projects
· Assist the Research and Marketing staff with aerial creation as needed
· Assist with market valuation activities for location assignments
· Research and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
· Prepare presentations, lease analysis, and reports related to real estate transactions
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 4-year degree- preferred. Analytical fields are preferred.
· Desire to learn and take ownership of the position
· Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
· Effective at multi-tasking and quickly prioritizing in a fast-paced and professional work environment
· High integrity and a strong work ethic
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Interact effectively with all levels of the organization and the client
· Real Estate License not required, but accepted
· Passionate about quality and accuracy
