Saul Ewing is seeking a dynamic real estate associate to join our Boston, Massachusetts office. Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions. Ideally the candidate will have well-rounded experience, including handling acquisitions, financings, leasing, and development work, and will be ready to start taking first chair responsibility on transactions but also have strong teamworking skills. Some experience with real estate joint venture negotiations is preferred, but not required. A solid academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of Massachusetts. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
