Job Description Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Leasing Executive to join our team in Sydney. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through managing leasing transactions, developing client relationships, and ensuring the successful leasing of commercial properties. You will oversee the full leasing process from prospecting and marketing to negotiations and documentation, all while achieving revenue targets and providing exceptional client service.
Job Description
Leasing Process Management:
Develop leasing strategies based on market conditions and trends to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Track lease expiry dates and proactively manage vacancies.
Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms to attract potential tenants.
Coordinate and conduct property inspections, handling all inquiries efficiently.
Negotiate lease terms and prepare Heads of Agreement with Tenant Representatives.
Oversee lease documentation finalization to ensure all terms are aligned with agreements.
Provide regular updates to clients, reviewing strategies as needed.
Business Development:
Source new leasing opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and building inspections to drive new business.
Attend industry events to network and generate potential leads.
Continuously enhance market knowledge to offer the best solutions to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to generate referrals and expand service offerings.
Business Operations:
Meet revenue targets while ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
Maintain compliance with compulsory training, CPD, and Real Estate Licence requirements.
Ensure property databases and internal systems are accurate and up to date.
Follow company procedures and policies as required.
General Responsibilities:

Work proactively to minimize environmental impact and contribute to the company's sustainability efforts.
Key Skills & Capabilities:
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of commercial property markets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong self-starter with an ability to work independently.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in transactional leasing within commercial real estate.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end leasing projects and win new business.
Tertiary qualification in real estate or business-related discipline preferred.
Valid Real Estate Agent License is essential.
Qualification or accreditation in Advanced Negotiation Skills is desirable.
