Job Description

The job responsibilities primarily include:

• Responsibility for leasing of vacant retail units in both existing and planned retail schemes
• Creation and realization of leasing strategy for retail mandates
• Relationship building with existing tenants in order to find opportunities and help them expand on the Slovak market
• Negotiation of new leases and renegotiation of leases with tenants
• Cooperation with leasing team in Czech Republic and CEE with strong relationship with existing tenants
• Cooperation with other departments within the Slovak branch
• Market monitoring and contribution to retail advisory services
• Identification of opportunities on the leasing market
• Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism
• Participate in market events, contributing to the promotion of the Cushman & Wakefield brand within Slovakia.

Requirements for the role:

• Strong communication and negotiating skills
• Knowledge of the local retail market and its dynamics
• Commercial experience with retail leasing of at least 2 years
• Willingness to grow and learn new things
• Pro-active approach and capacity to motivate self and others
• Independence and responsibility with proactive approach
• Fluent English speaker
• Driving license B
