The Market Leader position is responsible for generating and servicing new leasing and management assignments for the company portfolio and building and managing a team of leasing and tenant representation professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead business development efforts for new leasing and management assignments within the market.
Manage a team of leasing and tenant representation professionals.
Establish budgets and lead initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Source, negotiate and execute new deals and renewals with national, regional, and local retailers.
Oversee preparation of marketing materials, including brochures and flyers.
Create property business plan, market surveys and prospect list during due diligence or onboarding period.
Participate in client calls to give property updates as needed.
When appropriate, represent tenants in site selection.
Attend ICSC conferences as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field preferred.
10+ years of experience in retail commercial real estate.
Tennessee Salesperson’s License.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
