Job Description Summary
Support Client Portfolio Program Manager in proactive management of portfolio associated deliverables and reporting. Responsible for proactive evaluation and management of the portfolio, organizing cross-functional analysis of upcoming renewal/expansion/relocation decisions, and strategy.

- Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for proactive evaluation and management of the portfolio, organizing cross-functional analysis of upcoming renewal/expansion/relocation decisions, and development of overall strategy.
- Partner with Service Ops, Spaces, Ops, Finance, and Treasury to translate location performance, business needs and requirements into real estate strategies and activities that mitigate risk, optimize portfolio, and reduce costs.
- Work closely with Lease Administration, Facilities Ops, and project management teams to ensure real estate strategies consider current site information, investments and potential future cost impacts.
- Work closely with Legal, Lease Administration, and Real Estate to ensure that lease agreements are evaluated and renegotiated to eliminate risk and reduce operating costs for Client.
- Track and aggregate key information to inform business case:
- Business performance
- Future Build Plan Sites
- Site / Facility Conditions
- Lease Structure and Language
- Market Inventory and Rents
- Manage the development, tracking and reporting of project status updates and key deliverables (business cases, approvals, etc) to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead systems management for portfolio tracking (data validity in RE:Act, LeaseCalcs, and Project Management Software)
- Support Client Portfolio Program Manager in proactive management of portfolio associated deliverables and reporting (focus on administrative support)
- Supports maintenance and creation of standard process documents
- Provide program administrative and coordinator support and execution, including but not limited to:
- Deck templates and email template updates
- Meeting schedule coordination between CW and Client, as well as between internal Client teams
- Project administration:Â Slack channels, Project folder set up in SharePoint, Saving Project documentation
- Data exports and audits
- Supports and maintains various initiatives including but not limited to:
- RE:Act Transaction Management software
- Project Management Software
- Tracks meeting minutes and distributes follow-ups to team
- Assists with administrative prep for meetings (e.g. tracker updates, deck building, etc)
- Manages market tour reporting and comms with various end user groups
- Manage or execute other special projects, as assigned
- Owns other one-off initiatives in support of internal client Real Estate team

IMPORTANT education  Â
- Bachelorâ™s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCEÂ Â Â Â
- 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management or corporate real estate
Additional eligibility qualificationsÂ
- Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license
- LEED, MCR, CCIM designations are a plus
- Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents, such as a lease, purchase & sale agreement, sublease agreement, SNDA, estoppel, assignment agreement, etc.
