Job Description

Role Purpose:

Our Asset Service Department based in our clientâ™s office in Madrid is looking for new member for join its team!

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the team in:

⢠Maintenance of the information in Yardi: ALL aspects related to the asset: Invoicing/revenues; accounting expenses, supplier contracts, budgets, tenant contractual information...

⢠Deposits, rents, CPI updates

⢠Deposit renewals

⢠Preparation of reports

⢠Preparation of budget and closure of expenses alongside Property

⢠Change of ownership of supplies

⢠Communication of change of ownership to suppliers

⢠Debt claims - initial debt management prior to burofax

⢠Debt documentation in coordination with lawyers

⢠Co-ordination with accountants

⢠Contractual obligations of the property management contract

⢠Follow-up of invoicing and payment of fees

Knowledge & Experience:

⢠FP Administration and Finance /Degree in: ADE, Economics, Finance or similar, and / or similar Masters

⢠Advanced Excel user

⢠English: medium-advanced level

⢠Communication and facility to interact with internal customers

Skills & Personal Qualities:

⢠Ability to work in a digital environment

⢠Resolutive and autonomous person
