What will be your exposure?

• Deal sourcing, transaction advisory and completion of property investment projects
• Liaise with potential clients and identify investment opportunities
• Research and contribute in exploring new stocks and identifying business opportunities
• Conduct market analysis and related studies, involve in the implementation of marketing strategy and site inspections
• Provide fundamental financial analysis and asset portfolio commentaries, and assist in the due diligence and underwriting process
• Draft investment pitches and presentation decks, property particulars and information memorandums
• Gather transaction information in various channels and maintain transaction records

What are we looking for?

• Degree or above in Surveying / Real Estate / Finance / Economics or related disciplines
• Self-driven, aggressive and able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good team player who enjoys high performing corporate culture
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
