Key Role & Responsibilities :

• Participating in the marketing and leasing process of modern and secondary industrial/logistics properties
• Cold calling, follow-up calling â“ both in English and in Hungarian
• Keep contact with national and international clients on regular basis
• Negotiating contracts, concluding lease agreements
• Preparing marketing materials, updating the website
• Maintaining and improving the database of tenants and properties through extensive market research
• Cooperate with other C&W teams in Hungary and across the CEE region

Preferred Experience:

• Education: University or College degree
• Language: Native Hungarian, Fluent English both written and oral
• Personal skills: Team player, accurate hard working
• Good communication skills
• Minimum one year real estate market experience is a strong advantage
