Job Description Summary
As a Leasing Executive, you'll negotiate lease renewals, surrenders, make goods, and market rent reviews. You'll act as a market expert, ensuring favorable transactions and supporting the Integrated Portfolio Management service line.
Job Description
This role is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research, manage RFP/EOI processes, and finalize lease agreements.
Review lease information, present options, and negotiate terms for renewals.
Negotiate terms for lease options and finalize agreements.
Negotiate make good requirements and liaise with relevant teams.
Analyze market evidence and negotiate market reviews.
Manage tenant search and marketing plans.
Negotiate surrender terms and update relevant teams.
Qualifications
3+ years in commercial real estate leasing.
Tertiary qualification in real estate or business (preferred).
Real Estate Agent License or equivalent.
Strong negotiation, communication, market analysis, and data management skills.
