Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s Valuations & Advisory professionals provide property valuation services and expert advice to commercial property owners, investors and developers across their portfolio of real estate assets. Valuations & Advisory professionals gain deep understanding of properties and assess market and economic conditions to determine the value of properties and provide accurate and trustworthy valuations that give confidence to clients to make well-informed real estate decisions.
Valuations & Advisory professionals work collaboratively with CRE and broader Cushman & Wakefield organisation to provide full spectrum of value-add commercial property management services and engage in long lasting and trust based partnerships with the clients.
Assistant Valuer is responsible for providing support to senior members of the team in valuing properties and producing valuation reports to clients, maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring operational excellence.
Job Description
About the Role:
- Arrange inspections and attend inspections with senior members of V&A team to assess the condition of the property.
- Source and collate comprehensive data about the property or property being developed, including characteristics of the property, title search, sales and leasing information, construction costs, applications, plans, recent transactions in the market etc. Liaise with relevant stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the data is accurate.
- Assist in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of the property data, including financial modeling, market and risks analysis, and in line with market, microeconomics and macroeconomics conditions in the geographical area.
- Assist senior V&A team members in producing valuations reports describing the property, relevant factors, methodology used and expected investment metrics, and providing insights to the value of the property and advising on potential risks.
- Discuss the valuations report with the client and submit report in line with clientâ™s deadline.
About You:
- Studying towards API approved degree
- Experience in commercial real estate is desirable
- Experience of client and stakeholder management
