Job title: Associate

Job location: Gurgaon

Role and Responsibilities :

• Prepare DCF models in Argus Enterprise for commercial properties in US
• Prepare excel based analysis for these property assets
• Analyze property level information from various sources including income statements, budgets, rent rolls, recovery reconciliations, Real estate tax analysis, abatements to do a deep dive into the property and put together an indication of value.
• Understand nuances of commercial property valuation to seek relevant information
• Interpret market reports and prepare writeup analysis for the asset's market
• Interpret lease documents to understand relevant details for modelling and prepare lease abstracts.
• Understanding of working on Argus Enterprise is required
• Assist in agency underwriting process.
• Leading a team of 4-5 analysts
• Review of models prepared by Analysts and handle Client questions.
• Lead Client communication/calls

Required skill set:

• Engineering/MBA Graduate or similar qualification
• 5-6 yearsâ™ experience in US Commercial Real Estate domain
• Strong quantitative orientation with knowledge of Discounted Cash flow, IRR, NPV, return analysis.
• Experience in working on Argus Enterprise and Excel
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Self-Starter with an ability to manage tight timelines and diligent work division skills.
• Ability to understand deliverable requirements and manage independently.
