JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary role of the Junior Property Manager will be to oversee, and have direct accountability for, the operation, management, financial performance, leasing, and marketing efforts of two properties located in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, the Junior Property Manager will be exposed to, and provide leadership in, all facets of running a property while working directly with the center personnel / contractors and senior management.
