Location:  South Florida Position Summary The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for providing day-to-day support for all operational aspects of the retail-office mixed-use center, under the direction of the General Manager (GM) and the Facilities Manager (FM). The AGM assists in all functions including but not limited to collecting rents, tenant relations, tenant lease required maintenance compliance, utility monitoring, office management, lease abstracting, coding, and processing payables and retail sales data collection and reporting.
