GPI is seeking an experienced, full-time Proposal Manager to join our Metro DC Operation. Hybrid position with two days flex and three days in office (either Rockville, MD; Olney, MD; or Fairfax, VA). The candidate should be collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, enjoy being challenged, and work well in a fast-paced, team environment. Responsibilities Prepare proposals in coordination with GPI’s Engineers in response to RFP’s and RFQ’s. Maintain and coordinate proposal schedules and ensure high quality proposal responses while meeting all deadlines. Maintain understanding of our proposal response strategies as they evolve and develop methods for capturing evolving bid strategies in proposals.
