Marketing Coordinator

Group14 Engineering is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This is a hybrid position; you can work from the office and home after you’ve completed onboarding in the office for the first several months. Applicants must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proposal writing skills and graphic design experience
• Knowledge of commercial real estate development industry, and architecture and engineering fields
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Adobe, Goggle Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides

Other Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with Word and Google docs. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and BlueBeam a plus.
• Experience with A/E/C industry RFP’s and RFQ’s
• Degree in business, marketing, graphic design, or communications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proposals for new construction and existing building energy efficiency and sustainability services
• Research, write and coordinate content for proposals and collateral
• Track leads and set up pursuits
• Manage sponsorships and organize participation in industry events
• Assist with website management

This is a full-time position and offers the following:

• Salary range: $52,000-$72,000
