Provide administrative and service support in day-to-day operations for the Consulting Team. Foster environment of teamwork and collaboration. Enhance client experience through project correspondence and engagement. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with an enthusiastic team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Create and update presentation and engagement templates, RFPs, etc., for various types of vendors and clients. -Compile, distribute and receive proposals. -Manage and distribute detailed meeting minutes. -Be present and participate in meetings, site visits, etc. to grow knowledge base and back-up teammates. -Coordinate, write and distribute internally and externally facing emails and reports. -Organize and schedule in-person and virtual meetings -Provide general support to in person and virtual visitors . -Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. -Update and manage projects in CRM. -Project setup and documentation. -Review invoices and coordinate with accounting. Follow up on pending payments. -Provide support for project budgets and schedule, distribute as needed
-Assist with project close out and client appreciation. -Order food for lunches and meetings, both internal and client facing. -Plan social events with outside vendors. -Assist in social media presence and updates. -Promote a culture of helpfulness and cooperation between departments. -Coordinate and oversee moves/adds/changes associated under the direction of Project Managers
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work -Attention to detail and problem solving skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong organizational skills -Problem solving/technical skills and ability to work well under pressure. -Experience and understanding in commercial real estate, architecture and design, construction or related industries -Proficiency in Google or Microsoft applications preferred -Ability to pass a drug screen, criminal background check and valid driver’s license, insurance and a vehicle to conduct business.
