We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses The Commercial Banking Transformation team is looking for a Commercial Banking eSignature lead to drive execution of DocuSign as a Business Continuity Process (BCP) function and as a long-term offering in Business as Usual (BAU). This will involve navigating approvals for usage of eSign from Legal, Risk & Control, Compliance, and Business leaders. It may also include navigating approvals within the context of New Business Initiatives (NBI). This function will support the function via the Transformation Office and Document Lifecycle Management, and in partnership with other domains and use cases across Transformation. This role will work closely with the Enterprise Document Management Capabilities team, Smart Content Technology, Enterprise Content Management Technology, multiple Operations teams, and multiple segments in Commercial Banking (CB) and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
