We are looking for a technology expert that combines that savvy with a dynamic and compelling sales presence to lead the firm’s Digital Advisory efforts in New York. The role collaborates directly with the regional JLL sales enablement organization by acting as a technology advocate in all phases that lead to a buying decision. Direct responsibilities include pre-sales technology solutioning, technology demonstrations, and client presentations. This role is a key differentiator in the sales process as technology is often a buying decision that impacts the overall corporate real estate service delivery function. This role exhibits a deep understanding across technology application’s and connectivity of those applications to form a solution for our client’s. This individual must be comfortable presenting to high-level decision makers, demonstrating key functions of our technology applications, and collaborating with sales team, delivery teams, and product management teams.
What this job involves
Assist the sales team to provide expert technology solutioning for our clients as a pre-sales exercise.
Partner with existing product management teams to ensure value propositions of each solution is communicated consistently.
Product storytelling and demonstrations:
Collaborate with the sales team to map out product demonstration flows and deliver demonstrations to the client.
This role will be responsible for demonstrating multiple application’s spanning the entire real estate life cycle from lease administration, transaction management, project management, leasing tools, utilization technologies, employee and building experience platforms and applications.
Assist in the development of RFP responses and pursuit content recommendations.
Partner with Sales Enablement teams on client presentations by preparing key deliverables with data, stories and research.
Provide voice of the customer feedback from your role in the pre-sales function with the strategic product management group for continual product improvement, ideas sharing, and general collaboration.
Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape across technology and competitors.

You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business in addition to a broad range of technology experiences acquired in previous roles
You have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience with solid industry knowledge and a desire to learn more about commercial real estate technology.
You have solid customer facing experience that translates into a dynamic sales presence.

You demonstrate the ability to think creatively, sell consultatively, proactively problem solve and efficiently communicate internally and externally
You can translate client requests to make impactful recommendations that meet client needs

You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and are eager to further refine and develop these skills
You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills, and can work independently within a team-focused organization
